Today i want to present you my fitness routine for 1 week:)
I have to say that i`m not really sporty or the most fit girl, but i always have fun to do workouts or so...!
MONDAY
Home Workout - 30 minutes
TUESDAY
Gym - 1 hour Workout + 30 minutes Cardio
WEDNESDAY
1 hour Cardio (jogging or in the gym)
THURSDAY
Gym - 1 hour Workout + 30 minutes Cardio
FRIDAY
Rest day (Maybe Workout at home)
SATURDAY
Gym - 1 hour workout + 30 minutes Cardio
SUNDAY
Gym - 1 hour Body Sculpt
♥That`s it:) As you see it is not very different or hard but i love it...
My personal favorite for home workouts is the youtube channel: XHIT daily! You really have to visit them because the videos are perfect ♥
